You Need To Achieve These 10 Things Before You Turn Age 30.

Life as we all know is a journey of thousand miles that begins with a step. And whatever you do on your entire existence has an implication on your future. Whatever you do awaits for you ahead. The initial of our success begins while the brain is still young, fresh and productive. Of you are young and go about with procrastination, luck will always be lacked in your circle hence turn back blaming others for your mistakes. As individuals, we are supposed to start building up our future at 20 and ready to harvest them at 30 and enjoyment proceeds. But currently only about 20-40% of the youth try positively to make the best out of their lives before they turn 30.

We will guide you through these things and the need to follow suit and build your life up to personal satisfaction. These are the essential things you need to achieved by age 30.

1. Live all by yourself -- Your 20s should be a good time to discover who you are and what your true abilities really are and how can you do this if you still live with your parents or a roommate? Alison Wojkowski advise, “Not with roommates. Not with your parents. Not with your significant other. Go solo for a year or so and get to know who you are when no one else is around.”Living alone will help you have a clear vision of what you like to do, the kind of people you like to be around, the kind of person you are, the kind of things you enjoy and so forth. When you discover this truth about yourself, you are better placed to spend and utilise your time in a way that you can easily build your life centred around your goals. You need to remember that you are stuck with your life.So the sooner you realise what you want, what you enjoy and what you want to spend your life doing, the better for you.

2. Create a solid income -- Your big plan might be to buy a house, acquire a landed property, go on vacation to some of the expensive places/cities in the world, give your own nuclear family the best of life as well as take good care of your parents and a whole lot of other things which can and will only be possible if you have a solid income. Now is the time to discover what place you are in your finance and consciously start working your way up the ladder. But until you are aware of what place you are, you probably might not be able to take the right steps necessary to land you there.

3. Master your finance -- Managing our finance isn't something we take seriously when we are young. We lavish money and have a poor saving habit. However, now that we are at this stage in our lives, it's time to learn how to manage our finance. Learning how to save for retirement and investment, emergency cash funds, budgeting, banking, insurance, mortgages, investments, retirement planning, tax planning and estate planning are all a part of personal finance education that we should be aware of if we are going to become financially proactive and successful as well. You can devise a budget (especially one that doesn't involve spending your whole paycheck and anticipating the end of the month to get another) helps you live/spend within yourmeans and save enough to meet your long-term goals.

4.Overcome the fear of unknown -- If you do not take risks, you may never know where your strength lies and how much you are capable of achieving. Fear actually gets smaller the closer we get to what scares us. Besides, when we learn how to take calculated risks, we learn to position ourselves forbetter available opportunities, which in turn position us for success in that field whatsoever.

5.Become Bilingual -- You probably do not know this, but learning a new language becomes a little challenging/difficult as you age. You're probably wondering why you need to learn a new language, right? You see, asides from the fact that a good number of people on the planet earth are bilingual, which means learning a new language can help you communicate and relate with some others, knowing a second language makes you more open-minded, and gives your brain a boost by enhancing your memory and attention span, staving off diseases such as Alzheimers and Dementia. You might not learn how to speak a new language fluently, but making an effort to familiarize yourself with it can also give you these benefits.

6.Learn how to accept and give feedback -- Feedbacks are an essential part of growth and progress. Rather than taking feedback personally, learn how to use the information to grow both personally and professionally. Also, learn how to give constructive feedback to people and don't be too harsh or disrespectful. This will put you in a good place in your relationship with others, making you easily approachable.

7.Start a side business -- If you intend to be proactive about your savings and financial freedom, then you should consider diversifying your income and starting a side business is definitely one way to achieving that. Even if your first business fails (and the statistics say it probably will), you are regaining critical skills for the next project. Starting a side business can create another source of income that can help you increase your retirement savings and can even become your new career if it works out well.

8.Devise a strategy to deal with stress -- Because life is tough, we are all bound to get stressed at some points in time by different activities and the pressure that comes with taking certain decisions and engaging in them. Simply put, with more responsibilities (which is something you'll be getting a lot as you age) comes more stress. Hence, the need to devise a strategy to deal with stress. You can deal with stress by meditating, exercising, relaxing, learning how to manage your time better and a host of other ways. Find what works for you and be sure to destress when the need arises.

9.Make it an habit to invest in yourself -- Roy T. Bennett said, “Let the improvement of yourself keep you so busy that you have no time to criticize others.”Self-investment doesn't always have to be reading a book. Whether is learning how to take care of your body by exercising and eating healthy meals (well-balanced meals) or learning a new skill by going for certain events or taking certain courses (online or offline) that can help you hone skill, the most important thing is to ensure that you are always well informed and a well-rounded person, career-wise and personally.

10.Choose your partner wisely -- If you plan on spending the rest of your life with someone who can be there for you as you create and achieve your goals, then you might want to consider picking someone who will buy into your life's vision in the first place and who will be willing to help you cross every huddle along the way by providing mental, physical and financial support. This stage of your life is when you start chasing your dreams and you will definitely encounter obstacles at different points in time (it's totally normal). So, you don't want to be with someone who will make you give up and throw it all in the gutter but someone who will always help you see your obstacles as a pathway to success. Choose wisely.

We are glad to inform you that, well built life at 30 is most and long enjoyed than in old age. You need to drop ego, procrastination, shyness, and pride aside and do what is necessary to bring food on the table and fill your pockets with money. You are the master controller of your own life. No one will do it for you. Do it yourself and enjoy a luxury life while still young.

[Covid-19] Kids Are Rampantly Getting Infected In The Eastern Region.

The Corona Virus as we all know, is spreading hugely than expected in the country. Earlier the president of the nation His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo laid down some restrictions to curb the spread of the virus but those restrictions were lifted to help life return to it's normal state. As at today Wednesday, June 17, the country's recorded cases is 12,193.

As part of measures to contain the spread of the Covid 19 infection, government instructed that all schools in the country to be closed until further notice. The partial lockdown has been lifted and there has been an ease on the other restrictions.

Life is almost becoming normal in the country again. Parents have gotten busy and no one is using the pandemic as an excuse or a reason not to work. Parents are forced by the situation at hand to leave their children home for work. Some of these kids are left alone in self contained homes to fend for themselves. Others are left in the hands of house helps and maids. But a majority of them who leave in the urban townships roam about. Some of these kids are seen in the neighbourhood plucking mangoes and playing around.

There are other parents who also go out with their very young babies. A walk from the Abrantie spot to the Tema station inside Lapaz in Accra reveals parents who have come to the street to sell with their babies with them.

Therefore, it doesn’t become surprising to hear that kids are getting infected. However, it is just pathetic to see babies who are supposed to be protected getting rapidly infected. A 6 month old child in the Eaatern region has tested positive, meanwhile, the mother is negative.
Confirming the story, Municipal Health Director Celestine Asante also stated that there are other kids aged 1yr and 2yr who have been infected and quarantined as well.

In her caution statement, the Municipal Health Director for the Kwawu West Municipality, Celestine Asante admonished parents to be very mindful of whom they leave their kids with when going to work. The restrictions have been eased but the infection rate is on the rise so Ghanaians should still keep it in mind that we are not in normal times so we should act responsibly and be each other’s keeper.

[JUST IN] Addressing The Rants and Misinformations On 'The Supremacy Rap Cypher'

The Supremacy Rap Cypher drag lips on the street. Its an initiative designed by three solid brands to reunite, reform and build up the music industry in the Kintampo Municipality. Even in the pre release of the maiden edition, media critics, bloggers and some other media men have pronounced it incomplete and so on. Nazir, one of the initiators of the cypher, has added a word on the contradictions made against the project.

He said...

There has been chaos, confusion, concern, misunderstanding, criticisms, and indept thoughts circulating on the #SUPREMACY CYPHER yet to hit the market of the music scene. More to this, media personalities, critics, bloggers and some associates of the music industry in Kintampo has lodged their absolute concern on why Khofi Images, a rapper under the record label #TeamLightItUp wasn't put on the cypher.

This cypher is an individual idea, before growing up a collaborative efforts of PNSP Studios, Maiga Records and CCR. This initiative was firmed and well structured with 5 solid rappers, namely Lhord Verses, Braa Thomson, Mr. Little, Bhizzyness and Yesco De Candy from within the municipality which Kubede rode a hook on it and DJ Osooko with an intro summing up to 7 artistes on bill and on the cypher track.

On set of preparation, suggestive list was submitted by Maiga and DJ Osooko on who should and deserved to be featured on the cypher since that was the maiden edition of a cypher held in the municipality. Khofi Images, Lhord Verses, Braa Thomson, Mr. Little, Cosby Atenteben, Yesco De Candy, Bhizzyness' names appeared. Cosby gave us unannounced excuses and couldn't report to record. Khofi Images in the other hand also pronounced to the Cypher Team that he is on a journey recording an EP and besides, his team, Team Light It Up have paved for him to join the cypher but would not finance it, which was clearly a non beneficial project(he was informed). He ejected himself off the project because his team and himself couldn't or wouldn't finance his recording which DJ Osooko did the financing for all the remaining artistes on the cypher who were currently, at that time of moment in Kintampo.

The speculation around which sounds like he, the rapper, Khofi Images was ejected, disallowed or which ever way, not included to the cypher is totally null, not true, and doesn't demand the attention of the public. No one stopped him from joining the cypher. Even whether to put Images on the project or not, it's an individual's decision to make.

With the tag 'best rapper' being held on this argument, speculation, falsification, no one is above anyone in the industry, we just become better each day. He, Images is one of the giant rappers Bono East has but his efforts wasn't underrated or sidelined in the process. Therefore all rappers who played a part on the cypher delivered nothing but an exclusive and exceptional lyrics on the beat to the leads' maximum satisfaction. This isn't a grudge to hold, the cypher is solid and all the artistes on the project are equally good and best at what they do. Whether Images was added or not, it's still a go and all plans and thoughts of critics, jabbers in any other form could flow but the ink of the blamer or this team, the brand and people in it won't be affected nor deranged by their talks and rants. We live to learn. No one is better than anyone. And also, with the shallow, and belittled stands thinking that, the progress of this project will be affected or will die off, because the rapper, Images wasn't featured on the cypher, I urge them to keep their eyes open and watch the moving clouds.

I hearby halt to breathe, and I disclaim the sayings and spewing of jabs upon this initiative. Disregard all tags placed on any acclaimed 'best rapper'. Everyone is best at what he or she do.

#StaySafe
